The medium quality is half the size and pretty good if you ask me. I downloaded one in medium quality and trued it on my 32inch LCD TV and it was enough for me. The next option is to download the movie in clips. They give the option of Broadband, DSL, or Dial-up quality and all of these options are WMV files. The final option is to stream the movie and you can select either the whole movie or in clips once again. The Broadband, DSL, or Dial-up options remain here and they are also in WMV format.
